A bit cold and breezy this morning.  Pulled out the running pants, gloves and stocking cap for this moning.  Temp was about 46 but the breeze made it worse.  Without the breeze I am in shorts.  Felt a little blaugh after last nights ordeal and kept it pretty easy today for the most part.

I know that feeling all too well. I've done many long runs after eating a huge Mexican dinner. I never learn. LOL

Really? You don't seem like a Hot Pocket kind of guy. I picture you eating whole wheat pasta and vegies!

Whole wheat pasta and veggies? Are you kidding me? LOL! Honestly I really would like to eat more of that stuff but when feeding a family my food opinions really don't count for much. I usually have a warm meal waiting for me when I get home so I can't complain much about what's on the plate. Such a good wife, practically perfect in every way!

LOL yeah when the kids are involved it gets alot harder to eat good healthy stuff. To much mac and cheese and pizza.:) Great job on another 6 miler.
