A little breezy this morning but a nice run anyway.  I usually feel pretty good after a day off and today was not exception.  I didn't go out and break any records but with the long run tomorrow I wasn't looking to.  Got a call from a friend that wants me to run on his Lake to Lake relay team up in St. George on March 7.  Megan is cool with me doing it but I wish we could add her to a team somewhere.  This would make two relays for me this year with none for her, bummer.

Those days after a day off are nice. Good luck on the long run tomorrow

You lucky duck. What's the name of your team? I got an email from SGCity. It says you can email Aaron if you want to be in a team. Perhaps you can find Meg a team via that way. She's going with you to SG anyway, right? Might as well get her in.

Sounds like you'll have fun with the relay. Just go Tonya Harding on one of your teamates and then there will be a spot for Megan. :)

Rhett??!!! I didn't know there's a wicked side of you, besides the WICKED FAST part of you! GOODNESS! You're too funny!

Jeff I wish we had room on our team! It will be good to see you up there. I am not sure but I don't think too many from the forum are doing this race.
