After the first somewhat clunky and slow first mile I felt pretty good today.  For whatever reason the legs still feel a bit tired and sore.  I don't know if I just recover slower than most from the long run or if I am really out of shape as far as the long run is concerned.  Even with the soreness and fatigue I felt better than yesterday and picked up the pace a little bit, but not too much.  Didn't want to overdo it with the tempo run coming up tomorrow.

Jeff, nice job gutting it out. Man, this marathon training can be tough at times! Keep it up man.

I imagine you would feel fatigued after your longest run of the year on Saturday.

Awesome job man. That is a great pace. Is this a easy run for you now? Your kicking some booty.

Huans..I am calling it my easy pace but it's probably more moderate than easy.

I am really sore too. I am not sure if I had just forgotten how hard it was to train for a marathon or if...gulp...I am getting older!
