Almost didn't get up today.  Stayed up kinda late Sunday night and woke up without any motivation.  Layed in bed and wrestled with my decision for about 15 minutes and eventually got up.  I'm almost always glad I got up and ran, especially on days when I don't feel like it.  I'm glad I got up today because the weather was nice for winter.  Temp was 40o with a very light breeze, borderline short weather.  I really need a thermometer upstairs so I know the temp before I get all dressed up in my winter clothes.  That would be a good thing for Santa to bring....only three more sleeps.

Nice recovery run Jeff. Good to see your calves arent a issue for you anymore. I truly admire you for your dedication.

Way to get out and run! I am the same way the runs you almost don't do are always the best! I hope Santa hurries as well I think he is going to bring me running tights and I need them!

It was 49 this morning and I geared up in the tights, gloves, ear warmer head band and jacket. Good job getting up and getting it done.

Huans..ever since the marathon, my calf has been just fine, go figure?!?

Kathie..I am expecting some running tights as well, can't wait to try them out.

Rhett..If it were 49 here this morning I would have been in shorts and a long sleeve tech shirt, maybe with some gloves, but that's about it. Here's the breakdown: 40 or below - Bundle the heck up, 40-50 - shorts and a long sleeve shirt and maybe gloves, 50 and above shorts and tshirt. I hate running when I am all bundled up, even if I have to be a bit cold for the first mile or so.

Jeff...

Glad you made it out the door. I wish it were 49 degrees here. It's been snowing like crazy all day.
