Another fairly moderate run today.  Other than the heat here in Vegas everything is going pretty well.  I keep waiting for this injury of mine to really flare up and give me serious problems but so far I have been doing fine, keep your fingers crossed.  Just trying to keep the miles right at 40 this week so I will only do 5 tomorrow and then go for a 12 mile medium long run on Saturday.  It's funny, a year ago I thought 40 miles a week was this huge amount of miles and now it's just an average week.....but it's still nothing compared to those runners doing 80-100+!!

Time:  41:51  8:22/mile

Nice job getting out there and getting it done. It sounds like running anytime but early morning is just insane. Good to hear too that your injury isnt giving you much grief.

I was in Vegas at the beginning of this week so I have an idea about your temps. Good job on your running.
