Another nice overcast morning today and a nice easy run to go along with it.  Just winding it down today and tomorrow and taking it nice and easy.  Back and foot are feeling much better after the last few days of easy running so hopefully it will all come together on Saturday.

Sounds like a good plan. When are you heading down for the Fontana Half?

We're heading down Friday morning.

It was overcast and a bit cooler than normal here this morning too. I wanted to run so bad, but I was good and stayed on the arc trainer. Sounds like everything is coming together for Sat. What pace are you going to start out at?

From jeffc on Thu, Jun 04, 2009 at 13:57:48 from 167.207.128.101

Fast...for me. First couple miles are pretty steep so I will be looking to go around 6:30-6:40. If I'm not dead after those two miles I will hopefully keep the pace around 6:45-6:50 for as long as I can and then just hang on til the end.

Wow fast pace Jeff...this will totally get you into BQ mode!

Jeff, you're totally going to do great. I'm sute you'll hang on to the end with as great as you have been running lately.

From jeffc on Thu, Jun 04, 2009 at 18:16:42 from 167.207.128.101

Kathie..tell me about it, I'm more than a little worried about crashing and burning.

Teena..I guess it's more like my standard pace instead of nice and easy.

Rhett..Hope I can hang on, it won't be easy that is for sure.
