Back to the normal routine again.  Another fairly easy 6 today.  Totally slacking on the push-ups challenge, I think I will try to do them tonight.  Since I knew I would be repeating week one, I think I gave myself and excuse to slack.  Hopefully I can find the motivation to keep it going cause I really need the extra strength training.  The weather looks like it is going to gradually warm up this week, we could hit 70 by the end of the week.

Sounds very nice down there, Jeff. It's the complete opposite up here, snowing very heavily all morning. I'm not looking forward to shoveling more snow.

Oh I hope that 70 degree thing is right. I'm ready for some warm weather training.

Pump out those pushups! No quitting now. We can't have Kathie, Teena, and Smooth ending up with stronger pecs than us. I'm starting week 5 tonight. We'll see how that goes. I've already noticed a stronger mid-section since starting this challenge. Even though I don't do any ab work, pushups are working there, too! Besides, I'm sure Meg (that is your wife's name, right) enjoys watching you get all pumped up. OK, if that's not motivation enough for you, then go ahead and quit. :-)

Nice "routine". Now add push up challenge to the yoga routine. Don't you just love having all these women (and Marc) be your push up patrols? :)

Marc..Tell me how your really feel! Do I sense a little Tom Slick in those comments?

Rhett..Well 70 deg. is the forcast, hope it holds true.

Smooth..I'll take anyone I can get to be my pushup patrol.

Kathie..Great!! give me another excuse to slack.....Ms. "this is my third time doing the challenge." JK!
