Basically the same run as yesterday without the faster marathon pace mile. Felt pretty good and less clunky today. It seems to always take a few days to get back into a good rhythm after an extended time off. Still find myself having a hard time getting up at the usual time so I have been running behind the last few days.

nice run. you still have some good training days remaining.

are your injuries/pains a thing of the past?

Cal...Thanks! The pains are never a thing of the pass but I would say they are much more bearable now after the time off. I'm just hoping to hold it together until the marathon.

It is so hard to get up now that it is getting darker! How have the temps been? Cooler I hope.

Kathie...Ya the darker mornings make it tough. I used to bring sunglasses for the end of my runs, now I don't need them unless I am running beyond 6:30. The temp this morning was 79, I guess that is cooler but not by much.

Jeff, you are getting me excoted! Glad to hear your doing better. Sorry no comments for a while. Work has been a bit crazy. Keep making progress my friend.
