Couldn't resist going for a run in my new shoes that came in the mail yesterday.  Something about new shoes that makes a run extra enjoyable.  Took it really easy again today and just kept it low and slow.  Hoping to put in some big miles tomorrow, we'll see what happens.

Looks like this week has gone pretty well for you considering your circumstances. Hope your long run tomorrow goes well. That would actually give you a decent mileage week.

Nice job. I need to break in my new shoes I bought a few months ago.

Dave..ya not where I want to be but I will definatly take it with all my problems.

Kathie..I'm too much of a wimp not to play it smart, if it hurts, I usually quit.....usually, sometimes, maybe, oh whatever.

Cal..I wish it worked like that, I hope it does anyway.

Dale..still time to break them in before the marathon, go for it.

Have a great long tomorrow! New shoes always breath new life to my running. I'm waiting for mine to come in the mail any day now. Too bad it's not here yet for my 1/2 tomorrow!

I'm w/ Cal...all your aches and pains are gone with the old shoes!
