Decided to break the pattern today and go with an extra mile. My arch seemed like it was a little tighter than usual during the first mile today, after that it seemed to loosen up a bit. Hopefully I will be able to get in a really good quality run tomorrow because my sons and I are going to our ward father and sons campout on Friday night and I refuse to run on the trails up there. The trails and roads are usually in very poor conditions and I would sure hate to roll and ankle or worse at this point. I may try to squeek in a run after we get home before we go to the Las Vegas 51s baseball game but we will see. My daughters fast pitch softball team gets to sit in the teams dugout during batting practice and then lead the crowd in "take me out to the ballgame" during the seventh inning stretch.....sweet!

Jeff, Hope your run tomorrow goes good for you. If you can get through a good quality run tomorrow without aggravating any of your aches and pains too much you should be ready for Ogden. Sounds like you've got a busy weekend coming up. Have fun.
