Feeling better today but still decided to keep the pace at a walk.  Meg and I walked 3 miles.  We are hoping to go for a run tomorrow if the sore quads agree.

Thought about walking some too. Just had enough at work moving around and such that it seemed good enough. Besides had alot of catch up to do on other things. Hopefully you will be good to go again. What training are you going to follow this time??

Mark..I don't use a set training plan anymore. I have kind of adopted my own methods that seem to work for me. I will probably work my way back up to 7-8 miles per day with a tempo run and either some hills or speed once a week. Then I will do my usual Saturday long run.

I am planning to run either the LV Marathon or the CIM in California in a couple of months. CIM is supposed to be pretty fast and a buddy of mine almost has me talked into it. We'll see what happens.

What's up next for you?

Doing the runner series down in SG area. And Ogden will be next big goal race. So might do the Winter running series that Striders puts on for that. Will see man. I was hearing alot of good things about LVM just not sure if I am up for that one.
