Felt really good today and was able to run at a slightly faster pace than normal.  Gait felt smooth today for once instead of the usual clunky junk.  Dropped the last mile to just slower than marathon pace.  We go to duck creek this week for the annual family reunion.  Should be interesting to see how the runs go at 8-9,000 feet.

Thanks for checking in guys. I am not 100% yet but at least I can run. Hopefully it continues to improve. Duck Creek is up Cedar canyon about 20-30 miles and we stay very close to Navajo Lake. Very beautiful and good fishing too.
