Felt really tired today.  It's been a long weekend with family in town and all the church related festivities.  I think I still had some lingering fatigue from the 10K on Saturday because the legs took forever to warm up today and didn't feel as zippy.  Meg had to drop off th pace because she has been having some groin issues, hopefully it doesn't get worse.  Temp was 84 and still a bit humid this morning.  Only about another month of this before we get 2-3 months of really great running weather leading up to the St. George and Las Vegas Marathons.

Nice job on getting out and doing it. So you planning on doing the the full or half at the Las Vegas marathon?? Hope Meg is able to recover quickly.

I'm planning to do the full. We've lived in Vegas for several years and I figure it's time I do the local marathon at least once. I'm a little leary though because it's $95 and it's run my Devine which has had it's share of problems lately. Since I'm not running for the prize money at least I won't need to worry about whether or not they're going to pay me...whew.

I can't feel to sorry for myself the few times I end up running with the temps in the 80s. It sounds like thats normal for you.
