Finally got out again for a run.  Still a little congested from this cold I have been fighting but I think I am finally on the mend.  Temp was around 36 this morning but it was dry and no real wind so it was comfortable.  Hopefully my health continues to improve so I can get back to some consistent training again.  I haven't really been very consistent since SGM, mostly due to my lack of motivation.   I need to find the drive again and get moving.

Are you doing Painters? You just need to sign up for a race and ta-da you have motivation.

So how was your weekend?

Geez, I'm signed up for a race and I don't have any motivation, either. Glad you're starting to feel better.

Andy, Thanks!

Kathie, I am doing Painters and I am now signed up. Intrestingly, my motivation still sucks.

Dale, I know exactly what you mean.

LOL I just signed up the other day for Painters too. Hoping it would improve my motivation. Yet it hasn't done me much good either. Will just have to see come the weekend if I will have the motivation for the long run.:) We can do this man. I cant wait to run with you again down there.

How ya doing Jeff? Glad your health is on the mend. Winter time is tough on the motivation to train. Just don't think of it as training. Go enjoy the nice winter weather you have down there and run for FUN!!!

How's Megan doing? Please say hello to her for me! Can't wait to see you two next month!
