First 5 miles with Meg at 8:30 pace and the last two miles at marathon pace.  Temp got really cool this morning with a bit of wind too.  It was 72 degrees and I was feeling kinda chilly, it's amazing what you get used to.

72 was chilly?? Got to of been the wind.:) You might need a coat for SG.:) Oh make sure to bring a visor or hat this time. It helped for the rain and wind last year. Great job today.

Ya 72 was a little chilly at the start. Once I got going I was pouring sweat as usual. The 30-40 temps in Central are going to just kill me like they do every year.

Wow 72 cold I guess temperature is all relative right!

I always think it is freezing up there too. I pack a ton of pre race clothes, but I strip down to the shorts and singlet (even last year) before the start and have never been cold during the run. Boston is another story. Two out of 3 years I have been cold throughout the race.

I was sweating and feeling quite warm with temp in the 60s. I hope we have temp in the 50s at SGM. NICE run with Meg. Please say hello to Meg from me!

Get yourself a vest to wear for the first little bit to stay warm. Like what Fly had at Ogden that one year. That would work great down there. Looking strong man.
