Flew solo today because Meg had to get my youngest to the hospital for a fun little procedure early this morning.  Kept the pace pretty up tempo for the entire run but didn't over do it.  Temp was a little warmer than yesterday at 37 so we have a nice trend going in the right direction and there was no wind at all.  Did the PM yoga again this morning and it felt really good as usual.  Finally got our registrations mailed in for the Painter's Half, almost forgot, that would have been bad.

Oh I think I need a winter home in Vegas. I am dreading the 12 miles I need to do outside on Saturday.

I hope your youngest is OK!

Kathie..I need a summer home in Northern Utah.

Dale...I hope we have better weather than the marathon at least.

Maybe we need to all pool our money together and buy a couple of homes in ideal running areas -- while we are at it, perhaps a few need to get their pilot's license as well ... oh yeah, and a private jet.
