Four really slow, not so easy miles this morning.  Just took it really easy but looked really good in my ALL black attire including the new SGM shirt that actually fits.  Probably not the smartest attire to be wearing in the morning darkness.  Quads and calfs are feeling better but still a day or two away from being back to normal.  Man those downhills really beat me up since nearly all of my miles are on the flat.

Great job man. Out and hitting it already. I think each races beats us up differently. And you and Meg did great. How much of a PR was SG this yr for you btw??

Mark...SGM was a 10 min PR over SGM 2007 and a 7 min PR over Ogden 2008.

Teena...I don't think Suave and sleek are two words I would use to describe myself at all. My comment about looking good in the black shirt was a stretch...

Then you should be quite happy then too. That is a great improvement. Sure we didnt hit our big goal on that one. But we are getting closer that is for sure.
