Going to try and start increasing the mileasge for the next few weeks building up for a 5K and a couple of half marathons in May and June and also the Ragnar in June.  Ran solo today again.  Meg ran but was taking it a little easier with her arm still in a bit of pain.  We've got some of Meg's family coming down to visit for the next few days.  I'm sure they love staying at our house when we are starting to move around the house at 4:30 AM.

Hey I am in Vegas today to see the blue man group. I almost called you to see if we could run together this morning but then I remembered I don't have your number! Silly me! So I ran on the hotel treadmill.

I'm probably in the phone book Kathie. If you want to run tomorrow just give me a hollar! We go pretty dang early though.

Nice run! I'm sure your in-laws don't mind you getting up at the wee hours. Hope Meg's arm continue to get better each day.

I'm glad Meg is able to run again. I hope she is back to 100% soon.
