Got up and took it really slow this morning. Planned on going about 3 miles but my left calf still feels really tight so I called it a day after 2 miles and went home and did some extra stretching.
Dang dude. I was able to run a bit on Mon and yesterday too. Only 5 miles. But ya I am with you. That race has been hard to recovery from. Good Job on listening to your body too.
