I hope those new shoes of mine come soon, these old ones are getting.....well.....old.  Moderate pace run today with everything feeling pretty good for the most part.  The aches I complained of yesterday were a bit better today so I think my hunch about the faster running being the cause was probably right.  Nice weather again today but that is all supposed to change for the next several days with rain and colder temps in the forecast with Saturday being the worst of it.  Don't know what that means for the long run tomorrow, I guess we'll just wait and see.

We have the same forcast for Havasu tomorrow. I've got a 20 miler scheduled for early in the morning. I hope I beat the rain. Good luck on your run tomorrow.

Oh I hope you both have to run in bad weather for once! Not really! I know we will have our turn this summer.

I LOVE new shoes. The only problem is they don't stay new for very long. Mine got all yucky from the snow/slush mess in no time. At least the feet/legs still love'm. Have fun on your long tomorrow. Looks like we're getting rain here too.
