I'm gonna sound like a broken record this week but another easy 7 this morning.  Achillies felt good and things feel like they are slowly starting to heal.  Maybe tomorrow I can muster up enough energy to mix it up with a faster paced run......we'll see.

Way to go Jeff. Don't you just love when you can feel yourself healing up? I wish I could get up and run.

Great run man. You are going to do great at VoF but even better at LVM. I am jealous your at the hot spot where all the races are happening.:)

From Kathie on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 12:58:08

Keep up the good work. I am glad you are feel your self heal.

I cant wait for this race.... It is harder waiting to see how you do than waiting for Christmas morning!

From Rhett on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 13:17:20

Are you starting to feel ready for the race?

From JeffC on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 13:39:02

Dale..I hope you feel better soon, you are doing so well.

Mark...Thanks! That's how I feel when I see all you guys up there running races all the time.

Kathie...LOL real funny!!!Ha Ha!!

Rhett...No, I don't feel ready for the race, I think in the middle of next week I will start getting a little antsy but for now I'm glad it's still 2.5 weeks away.

From Kathie on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 14:15:50

No really jeff I am exited to see how you do. I know that you have trained hard and I can't wait to see what happens on race day.

From JeffC on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 14:20:51

Kathie..I believe you, I am excited too. Just pray for this great weather to continue down here for 3 more weeks.....With my luck there will be a headwind in all directions and a blizzard in Vegas....

From Clay on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 15:36:19

Man your fitness is really good right now Jeff, I have a feeling that you are going to smoke the race! This just shows with hard work we (runners) can accomplish just about anything, keep up the good work.

I agree with Kathie, it is like Christmas!!! I can't wait to open my eye's!!!

From Smooth on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 19:33:47

Jeff!!! You're consistently awesomely fast. LVM will be a blast for you. Don't you worry about the weather. You're ready for all kinds of weather after SGM, aren't you? You've trained hard, the magic will greet you at LVM.

From huans32 on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 19:37:21

Any perdictions on VoF this weekend bro?? It is a tough course so like what is your game plan to not kick it into race mode?? It can be tough tring to save yourself for another race only weeks away.

From JeffC on Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 20:00:25

Clay...Thanks, I hope you are right.

Smooth...Thanks, you are way to kind. Yes after SGM I should be prepared for any kind of weather and I know I am dumb enough to fight through almost anything to finish.

Mark...Game plan for VOF is to run with Meg and not race at all, just finish. Game plans can always change but that is the plan for now. Maybe I end up trying to push her to a strong finish since she is not running LVM with me. She is tough enough that maybe she has a shot at a placing in her AG, we'll see.

Jeff ---

I am already getting ansy for you!! 2.5 weeks, huh? Hey, did I already ask you this? Do they have an interactive type "follow a runners progress" deal for LVM?
