It was a bit more chilly this morning (50) than it has been the past few weeks and we had the wind to contend with.  Luckily it was a recovery day so we just took it fairly easy and enjoyed a nice run despite the wind and cold.

That's the winds of change you were feeling. Portend of things to come. :)

From JeffC on Wed, Nov 05, 2008 at 12:09:54

Portend? Man you are a wordsmith! I knew what it meant but I had to look it up to be sure. Is that a common legal word or something? You are an attorney right? Which firm do you work for? Sorry for all the questions, I have an attorney friend I just found out is up in that area and is a partner at Dorsey and Whitney, his name is Alan Bell.

Nice run. I assume "we" is "you and Meg". You just gave me an idea: I think I'll do my recovery days with Wendy. Are you doing any xtraining?

From JeffC on Wed, Nov 05, 2008 at 13:51:43

Smooth..yes we is always Meg and I. Every day is pretty much "we" at least for the first few miles. I do exactly zero cross training. It would probably do me some good, but I'm lazy and never go the Y to workout or do a spin class. We often have kids things going on in the evening as well. When I get a free evening I usually chill. I may do some crunches now and then 1-2/week. I definatly stretch often every day if that counts for anything. But that is it, besides pounding out a run every day.

Jeff,

Even your recovery runs are fast. You are going to own LVM!!

Nicely done!!!

Great run man. Nice recovery run. Wind is the only thing I really hate about running well its not as bad in running as it is in cycling. So at least we have it easy that way. Keep up the good work.
