Just an easy 8 today.  Took it pretty easy today, still feeling a little muscle sorness and fatigue from Saturday's 20 miler but not bad.  Actually felt much better than I thought I would today.  It was nice to see the sunrise today.  With the time change the sun is finally coming up by the time we are finishing our run.  It finally cooled off here over the weekend and our morning low was below 60 (56) with no wind.

Jeff...Yes, it's always nice when we move the clocks back. I feel like a new person today and I didn't even struggle getting out of bed.

Nice and cool run. That is a great temp for running. I am hoping that when I get out tonight that I will have temps even close to that. Great job on your 20 too.

NICE recovery run. I love that extra hour of sleep and the rest from Sunday. It's so rejuvenating. Looks like you're starting off to a good week.

Jeff,

Very nice run (especially after your 20-miler).

Did you sing any MC Hammer???
