Just a no frills 7 mile run this morning.  Felt like I was running in mud today.  I just couldn't seem to get the pace up to where I usually like to keep it so I kind gave up and just trudged along for the reamining miles.  Traffic seemed a little heavier than usual will extreme home makeover so I left the neigborhood again today and ran around some nearby neigborhoods.  I continue to run solo everyday which really SUCKS!  Meg is going in for an MRI today for her shoulder and elbow.  I suspect it will come back negative but with the amount of pain she is in it's better to get it checked out than let it go unknown.  We also have a consultation with an attorney this morning to look at our options for getting reimbursed for some of these medical costs.  I am not the type of person to sue anyone but I do think that reimbursement for medical costs is more than fair in this case.

What happened to Meg Jeff? I didn't even know she was hurt;-( Nice job today getting out some mornings its just tough to get the legs to move, it was good that you listened to them.

Hey I am not the kind that will sue either but where the dog owner was totally in the wrong I don't think you should pay for it.

Sorry you run didn't go well... maybe you need Meg more than you thought

Jeff...I'm with you on the legal action. Too bad your legs felt like lead today.

Clay..She crashed on her bike a couple of weeks ago with the help of a couple of dogs. See my entry on Feb. 28 for more details.

Kathie..I definately need her out there much more than I thought. It's just nice to have someone to chat with so you're not constantly thinking about what your doing.

I'm with Kathie. When your better half is hurting at home, you're not gonna enjoy your solos run as much. Reimbursement of your medical bills is the least they should do...not to mention compensation for pain and suffering and loss of work time.
