Nice and easy run just to keep things loose today.  Ran solo because Meg wanted the extra rest for her ankle.  Did 4 100 meter strides this morning just to wake up the legs a little bit but overall just a fairly laid back run.  Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow.  Good luck to everyone doing the half or the 5K and I hope all you northerners get a nice weather weekend in Dixie.

Looks like the weather should be OK, but if you want real good weather, you gotta keep coming south. We've been in the mid 70s the last couple days.
