Nice easy run with Dad, Meg, Sister and a friend in St. George this morning.  Dad wanted to run 9:15s thos morning so we kept it really easy.  We'll be heading up to Logan this morning early and then it's time to kick back and relax and enjoy some cooler weather before the race.  Can't wait to get back up to Cache Valley, I love that place.....in the summer.
