One of the few longer runs I am going to be able to squeak in before the marathon.  Took it really easy today, backed off the pace a bit and decided to go a little bit longer today.  For the most part everything felt pretty good.  Haven't decided whether to take tomorrow off or do a short easy run or maybe even a walk.  Guess we'll see what tomorrow brings.

I guess "easy" is a relative term - I was really feeling the 8:23 pace I was pushing this morning.

Great job on the 10 miler. That is a good run. Lets get you to the starting line ready to go. We can do it.

Good to see that you can bump up your mileage some. Keep up the hard work.

Good solid run today.

Hang in there Jeff, do what you can then keep you fingers crossed for race day magic.

Ten mile that is great...really...at this point you just need to get to the starting line healthy!
