Picked up the pace just a little bit today.  I think we had the calm before the storm this morning cause I think we are in for possible rain or even a little snow this weekend.  But this morning was nice.  Finished the run up with some nice PM yoga which always helps.

Great run... where was your fast mile in your run. I always try to have my last mile faster but end up fighting just to maintain.

Kathie..My last mile was my fastest. Anything more than a few seconds under an 8:00 mile I call fast.

Dale..I don't know how you northerners do it, I wouldn't last a week in the white stuff.

More snow in Vegas. What is "Hell" going to freeze 2 times in the same year? Something strange is going on. It was beautiful here this morning, but cold...38 degrees. I don't think we have rain scheduled till Monday here. Just get up early and do a long run before the snow hits.

Rhett..I don't think it will be anything like our last snow day. I hope it holds off until later Saturday so we don't have issues during the run. At least it ain't hotter than hell...yet....of course you know all about that down in AZ right?
