Picked up the pace just a tiny bit this morning and it felt pretty good.  I think that I am finally recovered from Painter's....Geeez, took long enough.  Ran in shorts again today but it was pretty chilly at 41 degrees and a little breeze.  Did yoga again this morning and it felt really good as usual.

Are you doing the Rodney Yee yoga? I had the DVD in my hand at the store yesterday but put it back. Maybe I should go back and get it.

OK my question is...do you report the weather to make us cry as we shovel the snow...or is this really part of your training log?

From JeffC on Mon, Jan 26, 2009 at 11:40:47

Andy...Yes Rodney Yee AM/PM Yoga for beginners. It's pretty simple stuff and it's only about 15-20 minutes.

Kathie...I think I am in the habit of always talking about the weather. I think I just run out of things to say so like a dorky accountant I talk about the weather. It is kinda fun to let everyone know that I am running in shorts in January too. :) Don't worry, you'll enjoy reading "85 and hot at 5:00am" in a few months. Then you can rub it in my face.

I am counting the days!

Jeff, glad to hear you're recovered FINALLY!!! Must be all that yoga. If you're running in shorts now in freezing LV weather; what are you gonna wear when it's 85 degrees? Yep, we're gonna rub it in.
