Picked up the pace a little bit today with a few striders but other than that it was a pretty standard run.  It was 2 degrees warmer than yesterday at a whopping 32 degrees and again, no wind at all.  Did Yoga again this morning and really enjoyed it.  Encountered a dog on the run today but luckily he was more interested in other things than us so no worries.  Things continue to feel better and better each day, hope it keeps up all the way to Painter's and beyond, gotta stay healthy to make running enjoyable.

On Saturdays run I had a huge dog run with me for a while I think the breed is called a bullmastiff... any way I got some dirty looks from driver thinking I should put my dog on a leash but I couldn't tell them that it was not my dog. He was very friendly so friendly that he almost knocked me down a few times.

I've had dogs follow behind me before and they kept running out in the road in front of cars. A few people yelled at me to keep my dog on a leash. Nothing I could do about it. One time animal control pulled up behind me and picked up a dog and the guy asked me if I wanted my dog back.

I hate dogs not on leashes. Last week I had to give a tounge lashing to gentleman after his big dogs came after me.

Another nice 6 miler at a faster pace. Good job!!! I wish I could run Meg's pace. You are so lucky to have such a great running partner.

Dogs terrified me!!!
