Really nice run today, short and sweet.  Added in a couple of 200 meter striders during the 3rd mile at about 6:30/mile pace just to keep the legs thinking....fast.  Still a bit windy this morning, the weather is supposed to shape up really nice for tomorrow so I hope the predictions are true and the wind is minimal.  Nothing else too exciting just a nice easy shake out run.

So do you have any race predictions...you know happy, satisfied and thrilled?

Satisfied - Finish upright with points for the team. Top six in age group get points.

Happy - Anything under 22:00 and any color medal.

Thrilled - Anything under 21:00 and a gold medal

Good luck tomorrow. I hope you've been practicing the run around the garbage can.
