Same run, different day.  I'm still feeling some tightness in the same calf and my lower back is bothering me a bit.  May take a little longer to recover from Ragnar than I thought.  I guess we'll just play it by feel, as usual, and take things as they come.  Hot and humid today.  Hot, I can do, the humidity is what kills me.  I would have a really hard time living in an area where I had to deal with humidity every day,  blaughghg.  My baby turns 9 today.  Happy Birthday Kiara!  My next youngest turns 11 on Monday.  Where did all the years go?

I hear ya man! My oldest graduated this year. My second next year and my baby will be 13. OUCH! I started earlier than you though. Were not old yet. Also, thanks for the PM. It will be fun trying to get our BQ's this year. I figure if we get it great, if not we will keep tryin.

I have little doubt that you will get it Mike. You are running so strong right now. But if not, your right, we'll just keep on tryin.

Wow, you must be getting old Jeff. :) :) :) Running keeps you young though, thankfully.
