Slow and easy today.  Last night I want to the walk race practice again and the legs were feeling a bit fatigued this morning.  Good thing today was supposed to be a recovery day anyway.  Nothing too exciting today.  Windy as usual.

Wow I might have to try this walking thing on a cross training day... sounds like it really work muscles that you don't use as much when running.
