Slow and easy today with the back issues flaring up.  Really don't feel a whole lot better but rest doesn't seem to help either so I may as well be active.  Windy and temps were close to 70 this morning.

So sorry about your back. I hope you can find a solution, I think you are right though if resting doesn't help you might as well run...as long as it doesn't make it worse.

I've noticed with my back, as long as I'm not in the acute stage of a flareup, that running doesn't seem to make it any worse and it gradually gets better as long as I keep the runs easy for a while. Good luck with it.
