Started out today's run feeling pretty crappy.  Didn't sleep real well last night and woke up with one of those headaches that gets worse with any sort of physical movement.  The rest of the body felt okay so I went ahead and suffered through the first 4-5 miles before I finally started feeling a little better.  Still not feeling really great and want to go back to bed.  Hope I am not coming down with the colds my kids have been passing around the last week or so.

Good work getting out today Jeff, and I hope you feel better as the day goes on sometimes we catch the funniest things from our kids.

Keep up the good training!

Good job with getting out and running. Kids love to share their colds and bugs. Just keep yourself a bug free zone until after SG. :)
