Still just plodding along again today with another 6 at a slow pace.  Slept in  a bit today and got a late start....it was hot.  Hopefully we are coming to an end with the 80+ degree mornings.  Still feeling the pain but nothing new there, just trying to be patient.

How's the recovery coming?

From Cal on Fri, Aug 21, 2009 at 11:44:49 from 66.133.117.3

Hang in there Jeff. Slow running beats no running when you're trying to maintain fitness.

Do you take any meds?

From jeffc on Fri, Aug 21, 2009 at 11:59:05 from 167.207.128.101

Paul...Slow...

Cal...800 mg of IB 2-3 times a day but never right before running. Ya, I'm a drug addict.

Keep it up Jeff I am sure things are going to get better. How is Meg doing? She is still going to run St. George too right?

From Clay on Fri, Aug 21, 2009 at 13:02:02 from 67.222.231.10

Hang in there Jeff, your fitness is still there! Sometimes base miles are the best anyway, just be patient and you will be alright;-)

Your patience will pay off.

From jeffc on Fri, Aug 21, 2009 at 13:08:49 from 167.207.128.101

Kathie...There is no way Meg will miss SGM even if she has to walk. I can't complain too much, I am still able to get in some pretty good miles just not as many or as fast as I would like.

Thanks Clay and Rhett, I'm trying to be patient hoping this thing will clear up in the next six weeks.
