Still keeping it slow and easy today.  Felt better than yesterday but still not out of the woods yet.  Don't feel any major pain at this point like an injury, just feeling the usual aches and pains after a hard effort.  Weather was good this morning at 47 degrees and a light breeze.  This winter has been generally mild, I can't complain.

Jeff...Sounds like you're doing ok. That's some nice weather you're having down there. It's pretty cold up here.

LOL, Sorry Dave :) When you live in the desert climate for so long your skin gets thin and anything in the 30s is frigid. I still ran with a sweatshirt and pants today but I was a bit warm by the end. I usually go with shorts in the 40s but I think I'm getting old....

Getting old???!!! Nice recovery run there OLD MAN!!! Hey, no whining about the weather down there. Not only is it cold here, we have the inversion gunk-muck-yuck-pea soup-air in the Wasatch front! That air would add years to any young lungs.
