Super slow and not so easy run.  Quads are pretty much hammered but I was able to get out and do a 5 mile death march.  Felt much better by the end but only because I kept it really easy and slow.  This week will be a recovery week and then then it will be time to get serious for SGM.

Right on. Out there hitting it already. My hammies are the only thing that is slightly sore yesterday. Today nothing to bad just tired. Did you drive back home already??

Take it easy. I have a harder time recovering from relays than I do a marathon.

It was so nice to see you at the race! I think I almost caught you... if you didn't have such a big head start I am sure I would have! :) I am a little sore to but not as bad as last year, mostly still just tired I must really need my beauty sleep!

Ouch! Thats not fun. Maybe the 5 will loosen you up a bit. When you get time, I am interested to hear your STG plan.

WBR sounds fun. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Sounds like it should be faster than last year.
