The usual 6 miler this morning, broken up by not one but two lovely pit stops this morning.  It's bad enough when you have to stop for one pit stop, but two!  During a short 6 mile run!  Sorry, I know that is probably too much information.....  Run felt really good this morning and I still had that spring in the step that carried over from the end of last week.  Things are starting to feel really good again but I am reluctant to really push the pace or do any hard running at this point.  I think I may continue the same as usual for this week and then think about adding a tempo run next week sometime.  We'll just have to see how it goes.  Did the PM yoga after the run and it continues to be as enjoyable as ever.  All that extra hamstring and lower back stretching really seems to be making a diference.  I was going to start the 100 push ups challenge this morning but I forgot to do my max push ups.  Maybe I will get to it tonight.

I have to "stop" all the time on my runs and will plan a course out just to hit the good bathroom. I blame it on three children using my bladder as a trampoline but you can't really use that excuse can you!

Well I didn't want to be too graffic but it wasn't for my bladder.... I guess I can blame it on eating like a pig during the super bowl. Hmmmm...no wonder I can't lose the extra weight I have been trying to shed for months now. We plan all our runs to be the exact same boring loop course every day, so the house is never more than a half mile away.

Pigging out will do that to ya. I was glad Painter's started at 9 am for the same reason. You're turning into a yoga yoda.

LOL...I was going to say "was it from too much food at the Super Bowl Party?"

From Dave S on Mon, Feb 02, 2009 at 18:56:01

You gotta eat like a pig during the Super Bowl. Isn't that one of those days where calories don't count? That's what I was told.
