The weather is starting to feel more like fall and early winter now.  Not sure what the temp was this morning but it was chilly.....but perfect for running.  Felt okay overall but am starting to feel like a blob.  Time to get back into training mode and drop a few pounds and get the daily routine going again.

Your last sentence sounds like me...

What are your future racing plans? Are you in the runner series again?

From jeffc on Mon, Oct 26, 2009 at 11:53:11 from 167.207.128.101

Yes we are in the runners series again and I'm pretty sure we are running Painter's. We may look at doing Ogden again this year and if we do then we will probably run the spectrum 10K instead of Hurricane half. If not, then Hurricane it is. What about you?

Sounds like I will be seeing you at the runners series and hopefully Ogden then Jeff. Good to see you out hitting it agian.

It sure helps motivate to be in training for something doesn't?

Nice run Jeff, the weather down here is getting cold!

Good job Jeff.

NICE run! What's chilly for down there? I am running the Hoover Dam marathon this Sat., Halloween morning. I hope the temp and weather will be perfect in Boulder City. This is their first year so no stats to base off on.
