Thought I would feel a lot worse than I did this morning having run just 10 hours earlier but actaully felt pretty good.  It was a great morning for a run even though it was a little on the cool side.  Did some yoga this morning for the first time this week.  I could tell my hamstrings were tight due to my slacking for a few days.  I did day two of the push up challenge and missed the rep numbers in the last two sets by one push up.  I have decided that I will repeat week one next week, hopefully I will be able to fiinish all the sets and move on to week two.  My chest and arms are sore but I thought it would be worse.  Feels good to be sore, lets me know I am doing something good for my body.

A cold day for me is in the 30s and we have been running in the mid to upper 30s the last few days.

You are so funny ... "feels good to be sore."

Glad you are feeling good.

Say hi to Meg for me.

running back to back you will be in good shape for the Wasatch back!

Teena...notice I said sore, not injured. I don't remember the last time my upper body was sore from doing anything strenuous, I am such a wimp.

Kathie...Wasatch back was definatly part of the conversation this morning. Now I need to run again tonight after work to get the 3 runs within 24 hours....uhhhhh not gonna happen.

Wow, you're pulling a double?! NICE!!!

Don't let tiny Teena beat you on the push ups. Sore = Buff.
