Took it easy today as the body if feeling worn out. Legs just don't seem to be recovering as fast as I would like. Once I get started and get about 3 miles in I start to feel better but the first mile or two has been a bit crapy and slow. Hopefully this lower mileage week will help to aid in the recovery so my legs can get back to feeling strong again. Nice weather today with a little more breeze than usual, not bad though. This caps off another nice month for me with my second highest mileage month at 171.2. Happy Halloween!
