Tough run today! Got up and ran 7 around my neighborhood. The first 3 were with my son Michael and we took it pretty easy. The next 4 were alone and I picked up the pace a little bit for those. Got done just in time to run over the high school and run with my Ragnar team. We ran another 7 over there and by the final 3 miles of that run I had dropped back and was out of gas. I think my cold and slow recovery from Fontana slowed me down today. Struggled throught those last 3 miles at just under 9 minute pace and then went and watched my company win the tug o war at the final event of the corporate challenge. We won the event and the overall first place for the 3rd year in a row.
