Very nice easy run today.  Tried to keep the pace slow and treat it like a recovery run.  Plan to get 40 this week so will probably keep it pretty easy the rest of the week and then 12 on Saturday.  If all goes well, this should be my best week of training since Ogden.  Continues to be very warm here, temp was 84 during our run this morning.

Great job Jeff. Keep it up man. Talk about running in the heat even early in the morning.

We are lucky to get a day now and then below 80 during the summer months. It kinda stinks to run in the morning darkness and have the temps over 80. Once summer gets going it just never cools off here.

Nice run Jeff. You still thinking BQ at STGM?

From JeffC on Wed, Jul 02, 2008 at 11:05:41

Always "thinking" BQ but attaining is another story! I am still plagued by the injury bug a little and am trying to work through it. If I can have a nice build up to SGM then yes, I am all over it.
