Very slow 5 miler today due to recovery from Fontana. Quads, Calves, and Butt are still a bit sore and the first mile was really rough. Once we got the warm up out of the way we slowly picked up the pace and the rest of the run felt really good. Hal Higdon's "Advanced I" marathon training program started for Meg and I today but we are moving a few of the days around and will be running slow in order to recover properly and without injury. Should be a fairly easy week to start the big push for St. George and then time to start ramping up the mileage and intensity.
