Well started the run today and didn't make it very far before I decided I better ride the bike today.  I am still not out of the woods on this foot thing.  It was kind of hurting today so I decided it would be smarter to grab the bike and ride hard rather than push the foot and make it worse.  Made it 20 miles today on my usual route out to the cement plant near the 95 an Mt. Charleston turn off.  Most of the road out there is a gradual uphill with a couple pretty good climbs, sure is a nice ride back home.  Foot feels fine after the ride so I know biking isn't causing me any problems.  I can still feel it when I walk but I am not limping.  It was actaully kinda cool this morning at 75 degrees and riding the bike made it feel even cooler with the added wind generated by my blazing speed, felt really nice.

Very good choice with not pushing it. And getting in a great ride. Looks like the temps are getting cooler. And good to hear the biking doesnt hurt your foot at all.

Good job on getting the foot healed up.
