Well, with 5 days to go we are keeping it really simple.  This week will just be putting in a few nice easy runs and hopefully get everything feeling really good for Saturday.  The warm weather down here in the southwest doesn't seem to be letting up any time soon so we could be in for a warmer than usual SGM this year.

Did you get all the aches and pains gone? The weather actually looks pretty good for Sat. You being use to Vegas, will probley freeze.

I've given up on getting rid of all the aches and pains, I've concluded that it just comes along with running.

I know we will be cold up in Central before the race, I can handle that. It's when the sun comes up and it starts getting really warm that I'm a bit worried about.

LOL the sun heating you up?? Man we are going to be done before the sun is going to really bother us man. Your going to do great man. All that training in the warmer/hotter temps will really help you out man.
