Went to bed last night with a headache and woke up this morning with a killer headache.  Got up and tried to go for a run but the headache got even worse once the blood started pumping so I bagged the run, went home and took two Tylenol and layed on the couch for an hour.  Since this is a recovery week, a day off will probably do me some good.

Oh headaches are the worst! I hope you feel better. Try to drink more I find that a headache is the first sign of dehydration for me.

Kathie thanks for the heads up. I have never linked the two together but now that I think about it I know I didn't drink enough yesterday....not even close. That might be the reason. I'll be more diligent today and see how it goes. How is the recovery coming?
