60 Minutes on the elliptical this morning.  Tried a couple of different pre-programmed workouts just to mix it up a little.  They were not as hard as the original workout I had been using but still a good workout.  Got a minor blister on my right foot, probably from trying to push it to hard and that's what happens when you are running in place.  The calf is about the same as it has been and still not ready to run on.  I may take a complete break tomorrow and just do some weight and core training.  I don't know if the elliptical is irritating it or helping it.

I have calf problems all the time! if i feel it a little ting i wrap it before i run with a ace bandage. It realy Helps.

I have tried that and it does seem to help to have a nice compression wrap on there. This calf issue is higher up in the muscle and even causes my knee to ache a bit. No pun intended, but injuries are such a pain.

I would second the compression wrap I have tried that in the past and it has helped me.

Keep the faith Jeff this injury will pass!

Hope that calf get all the way better - It was nice to meet you in person before Spectrum.
