No running today. Still giving the back a bit more time to heal up. The pain in the hip seems to be subsiding a bit but not as much as I would like. I hope to make it back by Friday or Saturday for my long runs and to salvage the week, but I won't push it if I'm not there yet. I hate not being able to run. I am usually the kind of person to just push through this stuff but I think I pushed long enough and it wasn't getting any better. Hopefully this extended break will help. |
